The beauty of bodyboarding is that there are very few barriers to entry. All ages and physical abilities can enjoy the ocean on a boogie. It’s relatively cheap to buy or hire the equipment. It’s a great pastime to enjoy together. The health benefits are incredible. Your mental well being will be hugely affected by the positive vibes of the elements, the ocean and the physical activity. Bodyboarding and good mental health go hand in hand.

Back from an incredible BBH trip to Bali! Incredible experience and definitely one to add to the bucket list if it isn’t on there already.
From booking with Alex right up to the trip coaching with Rob & Grant, we couldn’t have asked for better service and communication through all stages of the trip.

My wife and I are former pro bodyboarders, but love traveling with the BBHol crew because we get to meet fellow bodyboarders from around the world and see their stoke as they rapidly improve their riding and hear their stories (my favorite part!).
Rob Barber and his team are second to none in how they run their bodyboarding trips. Everything is handled once you arrive and Rob and crew make sure everyone is in the best waves for their ability level.
Even as former professionals, watching the video footage each day has helped me identify flaws in my own riding and keeps me improving even after 45 years in this sport!

To put in clear terms, these are the Jedi Masters of bodyboarding! We have been on the El Salvador and Costa Rica trips and the amazing coaching has completely upped our game! We have been bodyboarding for about eight years, but for all intensive purposes only after Rob and his amazing coaches (Joao and Mave you rock) taught us how it’s done, have we really been able to experience this amazing sport to the fullest! The instruction is truly top-of-the-line. It is mind blowing how quickly you can learn maneuvers – from the basics to the more advanced. This is truly for all levels. They are incredibly well organized (special thanks to Alex), and make traveling easy. They do an amazing job of arranging great accommodations with fantastic food to boot! We have already signed up for our next trip and plan to do as many as possible! Thank you Bodyboard Holidays – The Force is definitely with you and all who attend your epic vacations!

Fantastic week in Morocco for me and my husband Ali. We are both relatively new to bodyboarding and we were a bit nervous about the trip and our abilities. But, Rob’s coaching really helped us to progress and the local Moroccan team were amazingly welcoming and patient with us!
Fantastic group of guests of all abilities – everyone ensuring that waves were shared and supporting each other as we learned. Guest house and food were top notch – roof terrace a real bonus.
Chris Levi was out in the heat all day everyday catching our waves for play back and to capture every drop! Such a super guy and he worked hard to edit and upload photos after every session. Check him out on Biskit Bodyboarding on FB).
